At Nela Balloons & Art LLC, every experience is crafted with care, intention, and the highest standard of service. By placing an order, the client agrees to the following terms, which apply to all balloon decoration services, deliveries, and event installations.
1. Service Details
To ensure every design reflects your vision perfectly, we ask that clients provide all relevant details at the time of booking — including balloon colors, design preferences, personalized messages, and event information such as the occasion, name, and age being celebrated.
2. Reservations & Payment
Balloon Arrangements & Deliveries Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your order.
Event Installations A 60% deposit is required to reserve your event date. The remaining balance must be received no later than 5 days prior to the event.
On-Site Consultations & Venue Visits A $70 consultation fee applies for on-site visits and creative consultations. This fee will be credited toward your final invoice upon booking.
3. Order Lead Times
We recommend placing all orders at least 7 days in advance, especially for custom designs, hotel room experiences, and larger installations. For urgent requests, please text us directly at (321) 888-1141 and we will do our best to accommodate your timeline.
4. Delivery Policy
Clients must provide a complete delivery address including ZIP code, building or unit number, access codes, and preferred delivery window. Incomplete or incorrect information may result in additional delivery fees. Once our team has completed the delivery and departed, no claims or returns will be accepted.
For event installations, please inform us in advance of any access considerations such as loading zones, stairs, elevators, or venue restrictions.
5. Delivery Schedule
Standard delivery windows are available between 8:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. and 1:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. Exact times within these windows cannot be guaranteed. Special delivery times may be arranged in advance upon request.
6. Setup & Breakdown
Setup Setup times vary based on the complexity of the installation. A mutually agreed setup time will be confirmed prior to your event. A responsible party must be present to provide access and oversee the installation. Delays caused by the client may affect the final result.
Breakdown Breakdown services must be scheduled in advance. Unless otherwise agreed, the client is responsible for dismantling. Please note that balloons must never be released into the air or into bodies of water, and all balloon waste must be disposed of responsibly in accordance with local regulations.
7. Rental Items & Props
Certain installations may include rental bases, furniture, or decorative props. These items remain the exclusive property of Nela Balloons & Art LLC and must be returned in their original condition. Any damage or loss resulting from negligence will be billed at replacement value.
8. Pick-Up Orders
Clients who choose to pick up their order must arrive with a clean, spacious SUV or minivan. As balloon arrangements are delicate by nature, Nela Balloons & Art LLC is not responsible for any damage that occurs during client transport.
9. Balloon Care
To preserve your arrangement, please keep balloons indoors and away from direct sunlight, extreme heat, or cold. Helium latex balloons typically last 24–48 hours; microfoil balloons may last 5–10 days. Some arrangements include weighted bases containing water — please handle with care.
10. Safety
Children under the supervision of an adult are welcome at events, but must not be present during the setup process. Pets must be kept secure to prevent accidents. Children under 8 years of age should always be supervised when near balloons due to choking hazards.
11. Allergy Notice
Please notify us at the time of booking if the recipient has a latex allergy. We will gladly offer safe and beautiful alternatives.
12. Balloon Disposal
After your event, please dispose of all balloons responsibly. Deflated latex must be kept out of reach of children and pets. Balloons must never be released outdoors. Microfoil balloons conduct electricity — please keep them away from power lines and dispose of them safely in a sealed bin.
13. Photography & Promotion
Unless explicitly requested otherwise in writing, Nela Balloons & Art LLC reserves the right to photograph completed installations and share them on our website, social media platforms, and promotional materials. We take great pride in our work and love sharing the beauty we create.
14. Cancellations & Refunds
At Nela Balloons & Art LLC, we begin preparing for your experience the moment your order is confirmed — sourcing materials, designing your custom arrangement, and reserving your delivery or installation slot.
Standard Orders For most orders, cancellations or changes can be requested up to 5 days before your scheduled delivery or event date. Requests submitted within this window will be honored to the best of our ability. Once the 5-day window has passed, the order becomes final and non-refundable.
Custom Orders Custom designs require dedicated planning, consultation, and material sourcing that begins immediately upon booking. If a custom order is canceled within the eligible 5-day window, a $100 administrative fee will be deducted from your refund. Once the 5-day window has passed, custom orders are final and non-refundable.
How to Request a Cancellation All cancellation and change requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected] — please include your order details and event date. Requests must be submitted via email to ensure accurate record-keeping. Our team is available Monday through Saturday, 8:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.
No-Show Policy If our team arrives at the agreed location and no responsible party is present within 20 minutes of the scheduled time without prior notice, the service will be considered fulfilled and no refund will be issued.
Provider Cancellations In the unlikely event that we are unable to fulfill your service due to unforeseen circumstances, we will offer one of the following options: rebooking for a new date, a store credit valid for a future order, or a 50% refund of the amount paid.
15. Limitation of Liability
Nela Balloons & Art LLC is not responsible for damages or losses resulting from the client's failure to comply with these terms and conditions.
