• A 50% deposit is required to reserve the event date.
• The remaining balance must be paid 48 hours before the event.
• Balloon bouquets and delivery orders must be paid in full at the time of booking.
Available delivery slots: 8:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. or 1:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. (exact times are not guaranteed).Special delivery times can be arranged in advance.If the delivery location changes after the delivery has been made, the Client will be responsible for any adjustments.
• Setups may require time depending on complexity.
• Both parties will agree on a specific setup time.
• The Client must be present or appoint someone to supervise and provide instructions.
• Delays on-site may affect the final outcome.
• Take-down also requires time and will be scheduled in advance.
• The Client is responsible for dismantling unless otherwise agreed.
• Balloons must not be released into the air or into the sea.
• All balloon waste must be disposed of in proper containers according to local regulations.
• These items remain the property of Nela Balloons & Art LLC.
• They must be returned in good condition.
• Damages or loss due to negligence will be billed at replacement value.
• If covered by our liability insurance, the Client will not be held responsible.
• Use a clean, empty SUV or minivan.
• Decorations are delicate — Nela Balloons & Art is not responsible for transport damage.
• Keep balloons indoors, away from heat, cold, or direct sunlight.
• Helium latex balloons last 24–48 hours; microfoil balloons last 5–10 days.
• Some balloons contain sand or water weights — handle with care when popping.
• Children are not allowed during setup unless supervised by an adult.
• Pets must be kept under control to prevent accidents.
• Children under 8 must be supervised when handling balloons due to choking hazards.
• Deflated or damaged balloons must be disposed of safely, out of reach of children and pets.
• Do not release balloons into the air.
• Microfoil balloons conduct electricity — never place them near power lines.
• After the event, pop and dispose of all balloons in a secure bin.
• Cancellations made 7 or more days before the scheduled delivery or event date will be eligible for a refund of 50% of the total amount paid (whether it’s a full payment or a deposit).
• Cancellations made within 5 days of the delivery date are non-refundable.
• If no one is present within 20 minutes of our arrival, the setup will be canceled with no refund.
• In case of unforeseen circumstances that prevent service delivery (e.g., extreme weather, serious illness, or emergencies), the Client will be offered one of the following options:
• Increases in cost must be paid before delivery.
• Reductions in cost will be issued as store credit (no cash refunds).
• If we cannot fulfill the agreed service, a full refund will be issued.
• Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 7 days of cancellation or service failure.
• We will respond within 3 days and issue the refund within 7 business days if applicable.
• If the Client is not present at the agreed location and time, and no prior notice was given, no refund will be issued.
