4. Do you offer setup and breakdown services?

Yes — professional setup and breakdown services are available for all our balloon installations. Depending on the service and scope of your event, these may be included in your package or quoted separately. We'll walk you through every detail when we discuss your custom design so there are no surprises.

5. Can you set up directly in my hotel room?

Yes — we offer luxury balloon installations delivered and set up directly in your hotel room or suite. Access and setup coordination will depend on the policies of your specific hotel property. Available across Orlando's top destinations including the Disney, Universal, and Lake Buena Vista areas.

We offer everything from beautifully curated basic room decoration packages to fully personalized luxury experiences — all custom designed around your theme, color palette, and vision. 11. Do you require a deposit to book?

Yes — a deposit is required to confirm your reservation. For balloon arrangements and deliveries, full payment is required at the time of booking. For event installations, a 60% deposit is required to secure your date, with the remaining balance due 5 days prior to the event. This allows us to begin sourcing materials and preparing your custom design right away.
